HearthFire Bookstore is Evergreen’s only full service bookstore and the locals’ favorite place to have their “mind, spirit and imagination” sparked with great books and great writing. We’re an independent bookstore, with a hand-selected collection of current literature, fiction, history and memoirs, politics and business, psychology and inspiration, and the works of local authors.

Our History: HearthFire Books has been a part of Evergreen for more than 25 years, opening first as Lovin’s Bookstore, building thanks to Kappy Kling's imagination, dedication and heart and finally as a family business with new owners, the Jiron-Baker family.
